Kettle Valley Rail Trail...

The trail along the river, over there on the left bank

...British Columbia, it's a very long trail, but fun,
people can walk, or ride bikes, or run;
but they get to enjoy things the rest of us don't,
or in some cases the rest of us won't.

We have some trails here in Maine too,
and some of them could be used by me, and you,
I think if I ever get back on track with the walk,
maybe then I'll give some trails more talk.
