Myrtle Beach...

...South Carolina, known for golf, but we like the beach,
stretched out and nice, far as the eye can reach;
warm spring days, enjoyable sun,
who wouldn't like - that kind of fun.

It started as a get away place for lumbermen,
those times are gone, now it's a better than...
..place to go, if you play golf, or like sun,
if you're looking, please go, everyone.

Sumter...

....South Carolina, home of Swan Lake State Park,
when you travel here, you're not on some lark;
beautiful in seasons, loaded with blossoms too,
it's just one of the many things you can do.

It's home to the Air Force at Shaw Air Force Base,
they fly F16 fighters, want to have a race?
The towns rather small, by national accords,
but sixty thousand people in some states break records.

....South Carolina, Capitol of the state,
there are some things that make this city great;
the waterways and the canal, make walking the thing to do,
or there are parks and ballgames too.

Fort Jackson, the Armys' largest training base,
is located in the city limits, just to make a case,
that the city is vibrant and at rest too,
for a visit planned here, would be a thing to do.

....South Carolina, what a place, what else can I say,

to just see the Falls Park on Reedy, would take more than a day!

Here in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, there are...

...more things to do, this citie's a winner by far.

Falls Park on the Reedy (River), is a project that...

...costs lots of money, has no stuff that's old hat,

waterfalls, suspension pedestrian bridge, and more,

so much to look at and marvel, make this old guys eyes sore.
