Smiths Falls....

...Ontario, a City that is home to four sets of locks,
relics of early river transportation, getting over rocks,
because the river dropped the boats needed a boost,
and that's how the locks, came home to roost.

This is a former manufacturing center, Hershey's northern home,
but it got moved to Mexico, the home of the payday loan;
cheap labor cost them dearly, that was a lot of work,
and now they think Mr. Hershey is a wicked jerk!
