....Kentucky, home of the World Chicken Festival now,
in coal mining country too, in a word, holy cow!
There are a lot of small towns, as we've come to discover,
they're all the same, BUT, each one is different, in each place we cover.

Genuine gems, these small town are,
only seen when you travel by car;
folks who choose to live in big cities, don't know...
and couldn't believe - what makes America grow.
