Winkler...

A spring spray
...Manitoba, on the north end of the Red River Valley, right here,
on the beach of pre-historic Lake Agassiz, the soil draws a huge cheer;
perfect for sugar beets, but mostly for grain,
much wheat is planted among prayers for rain.

The Town itself is a small service center,
and welcomes all visitors who choose to enter,
well kept, clean and industrious people who make this their home,
don't want to move, and feel no need to roam.
They have a pleasant park.

A record setting event, 100 combines harvested 160 acres of wheat in 10 minutes and 15 seconds.
Proceeds of this crop were used to send kids to camp in India.

More Winkler wheat, some harvested, some not.
