...New Brunswick, is pretty far to the east,
but we'll be going farther to see the beauty in the 'beast',
this is a large city, with all the comforts of home,
it's no wonder people stay here, and no longer need to roam.
There is a lot to offer, both of the old and new,
and you'll always question of what's the nicest view;
so if you'd like to settle in a city by the bay,
you could come right here, you might even want to stay.

Just a minor correction... the city is Saint John, not Saint Johns. (There is a Saint John's in Newfoundland.)
