Hodgdon....

...Maine, a town that has some winners,
a top dairy farm, and an alpaca farm, those are beginners;
out in the country, with good fresh air,
and a tree with shoes, just any old pair.

This is hard working country, they use their hands,
there are no coffee shops or glitzy bands;
farmers and wood cutters populate this place,
what better way to leave the rat race.

Top: A U. S. Boundry Commission worker locates a marker on the US/Canada border.
Middle: The Shoe Tree - shoes worn out no problem, add them to the tree. A community effort.
Bottom: Prize wining alpaca's, raised for their wool.
